I'm looking to find another roommate-- fun, young, responsible individual (drug free, preferably female) who is clean and dependable-- to share my 3 br house. Located in a very safe neighborhood in the Steele Creek area, conveniently located to many shops and restaurants (Rvergate Shopping Center) and minutes down the road from the Renaissance Park Golf Course and Driving Range. Also 14 minutes from Lake Wylie and McDowel Nature Preserve. It is about 15 minutes to CLT Airport and about 13 minutes to South Park mall and downtown. All around it is a GREAT location!

You would have your own bathroom and bedroom. As for the rest of the house, large fire place, outside fenced with deck (privacy)-great for sun bathing and grilling out, has washer and dryer, cable and wireless internet.

I am VERY respectful of others' space and their belongings and want to find someone who is the same. I am a 29 yr old, young professional female. I have two dogs. I am honest, work hard but also know how to have fun.

Rent includes utilities, but I do ask for a security deposit up front (1/2 month's rent)- which you will get back when move out if no damages are done. As far as lease agreement, I can do a year or short term...depends on individual.
