Cornelius Voted 7th Most Affordable Suburb in 2009

BusinessWeek recently released a report on the "best affordable suburbs in the U.S. 2009." The overall winner was Pewaukee Wisconsin, however Cornelius (located at the southern tip of Lake Norman) came in 7th place.
