What the etiquette for rafting up with others at the sandbar? I have always just anchored off away from everyone else. I always assumed you had to be invited over to tie up with the others but thinking everyone just ties up to whoever is there.

I am not sure about the proper etiquette. However, if you should ever see Mack Daddy out there, feel free to come over and tie up with us.

At Kerr Lake, where we just moved our boat from, we used to have 5, 6,8 or so boats tied up with us at a time. Our boat is 15' wide and 50' long so everyone loved to tie up to us.
